Nebraska Becomes 20th State + DC with Full Practice Authority for Nurse Practitioners

Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts signed into law LB 107, legislation that brings Full Practice Authority to Nurse Practitioners in the state. This bill will bring full and direct access to NP care for Nebraska patients, and makes Nebraska the twentieth state in the nation, plus the District of Columbia, with Full Practice Authority for NPs.
